Across is built by Zetahertz, an independent software studio. Questions, feedback, bug reports, or press enquiries — email the team directly and a person who works on the app will reply.
We reply to every message, usually within one working day.
01App support
To help us sort a problem quickly, include the email on your Across account, your device and Android version, and the Across version (Android Settings → Apps → Across). A screenshot helps.
You can also reach us from inside the app at Settings → Contact us.
02Subscriptions and billing
Across Plus and Pro are billed through Google Play. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. If something about your plan looks wrong in the app, email us with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will look into it.
03Publishers
Across shows articles from publicly available RSS and Atom feeds, with attribution and a link to the original. If you run a publication and want your feed removed from Across’s source catalogue, or want to correct how it is presented, email us from an address at your domain and we will act on it promptly.
04Privacy and your data
For questions about your data, or to exercise your privacy rights, email support@zetahertz.com. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app — see the privacy policy for what that removes and how to request deletion without the app.
